Winnie Kalai the founder and CEO was inspired to begin this organization after her first born experienced a hearing loss condition that became a permanent disability. The experience opened wide her eyes to what the community perceive disability to be and to a larger extent the conditions of persons living with different forms of disabilities. The lessons, experience became the inspiration to register an organization that will address the needs of persons with disability from her community and beyond.
